Other Details:

• NSM series crushers from Amey Engineers are ideally suitable for Crushing all sorts of Municipal Plastic wastes like Plastic Bags, Wrappers, pouches, Plastic Packaging material, PET bottles etc. These materials can be crushed upto 2 mm sizes and these small pieces can be added to molten tar in Hot Mix  Plant in the TAR Road Laying process. This results in reduction of plastic wastes and increase in tar volume.
• NSM series Crushers are available in different capacities and power ranges (3 hp to 30 hp) and throughput ranges from 30 kg/hr to 300 kg/hr. Cutter configuration includes 4 stationary and 6 rotary blades.

NS Series Crushing Machine are in-house designed and developed to tackle the specific disadvantages of the conventional design. The primary advantages is - Axial entry of material in the cutting chamber giving reduced throw back and faster output also no requirement of pushing material in the cutting chamber (This is a major disadvantage of conventional design). Can cut light weight plastic items more efficiently than conventional design. Uses Special alloy material (HCHCr) blades hardened to 60+ RC. Ease of replacement/sharpening of blade. Comparatively less wastage of blade unused area. Side facing output chute makes collection of crushed item easy. Better operator safety mechanism. Also with minor change the same machine can be used for Glass crushing or chemical lumps crushing and even organic material grinding.
